Refund Policy

At Miss Brightness, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will do our best to resolve the issue at no additional cost. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees, and refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Cancellation fees may apply if proper notice is not given. Services such as deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and special requests are non-refundable once completed. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and any changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
